Joseph Shire, LLC is our organic farming business.
We only grow non-GMO fruits and vegetables (without the use of chemical pesticides or fertilizers). We also raise free-range/antibiotic-free eggs and poultry (supplemented by organic feed).
While we are not officially "certified Organic," we do strictly follow organic growing practices.

The hills of Berkshire are full of farmers, homesteaders, and people who enjoy the beauty of the countryside. We are located in the wonderful Southern Tier region of Upstate NY, just south of the gorgeous Finger Lakes region.
